What is divination? It is a common misconception that divination is all about fortune telling and predicting the future. The truth is much more beautiful and heartfelt in my opinion. A diviner is one who has the ability to connect with the divine in order to receive and transmit messages. That is the purpose of the act of divination – to receive messages from the divine. These messages are rarely for the purpose of predicting the future, but to impart divine wisdom and advice to the subject of the divination session. Those who divine are often psychic, but this is not always the case. A diviner is one who has been trained and become skilled in the use of divinatory tools and the interpretation of signs as gleaned from those tools. This means that a diviner will, more than likely, not be able to tell you those winning lottery numbers. They will, however, have the ability to help you to communicate with your guides, ancestors, or even your higher self.
This blog represents my opinions on the matters about which I post. I will post about matters spiritual and divine. I will also, on occasion, post readings that I feel pertain to my audience as a whole. Until next time, Odabo and Ase.
