Who am I? I am a down to Earth, considerate caregiver who is on a life-long journey of gleaning more and varied divinatory skills through such means as studies and initiations as a child of Oshun, a Babalawo, a voice of the ancestors, and a priest of Vodou. I don’t speak in mysterious code or jargon, but aim to give clear, concise messages. My hope is that you feel like you are speaking to an old friend you didn’t know you had.

About I of the Beholder
I cannot state – more clearly than I already have – what this site is about, and what I aim to do with it. But what does the name “I of the Beholder” mean? On the surface, “The Beholder” sounds like either a horrible mosnter out of some medieval scholar’s nightmares, or a mystical all-seeing entity from whom one can glean the deepest secrets of creation if they know the correct questions to ask.

It is said that Cardology is an ancient divinatory art that originated thousands of years ago with an ancient sect called the Order of the Magi. Whether or not you choose to believe in such things, there is no denying the power and relevance that the cards can have on our lives. Much like Astrology assigns you a zodiac sign, Cardology has assigned you a card (yes-from an ordinary deck of playing cards) based on the date of your birth. This card, along with your planetary ruling card gives astonishing insights into your personality and motivations. These two cards along with the other cards that are part of your Life Path Spread can give deeper understanding and direction on different aspects of your life.
